In-person (or virtual if preferred) visit entirely with Dr. Danielle to develop an in-depth health profile and treatment plan based on your medical history, health goals, prior testing and nutrition. This visit sets the foundation for the next steps of lab review, protocol development and 6 month health journey. This visit includes assessing your top health goals/concerns. A functional medicine initial evaluation will address these goals and the initial tests recommended based on individual need.

Dr. Danielle will personally review and analyze all of your laboratory test results in conjunction with your medical history and health goals. Based on this review and analysis, Dr. Danielle will develop a personalized and detailed nutrition, supplement and lifestyle protocol for you.

In addition to the unique detailed functional medicine protocol described above, Dr. Danielle will personally contact you monthly to review, monitor and adjust your protocol as required to achieve the best overall results. You will also receive an individualized consultation with a health coach and nutritionist which can include help with creation and implementation of nutrition and exercise plans, information on how to decrease emotional stressors, and ideas on how to create a less toxic work and home environment.
Unique lab testing cost varies based on need. We will prioritize testing and work with you on cost. Possible lab tests can encompass hormonal testing to elucidate HPA axis dysfunction, complete microbiome testing to uncover hidden inflammation, detoxification system testing to assess chemical toxicity and exposure, functional genomics and metabolomics to assess carbohydrate metabolism, fatty acid metabolism, and amino acid metabolism utilizing organic acid profiles, as well as neurotransmitter evaluation to assess optimum brain health. Testing can be done at home or at a local lab. Costs may apply depending on your insurance plan. The average cost for full lab evaluation is approximately $1,000 and is not included with the above plans.
Supplements including herbal and pharmaceutical treatments are recommended based on initial consultation and lab testing results. “Test, don’t guess” is the key to optimizing health. Supplement cost is variable dependent on patient need.
Functional Medicine is often covered under most HSA and FSA plans. Your care may be covered by insurance providers as out-of-network medical care.
Connect throughout the entire 6 months to a receive answers to questions, get recommendations and receive support on your health journey.
At the end of 6 months, there is an option to renew your “health journey” package or opt to pay per visit with Dr. Danielle.
Dr. Danielle will take time to get to know you, your health history, lifestyle, genetics, and symptoms.
Comprehensive lab tests will be ordered for a deeper look at different aspects of your health.
Follow-up consultations will develop and track your individualized health plan with diet changes, nutritional supplements, exercise, lifestyle and stress management techniques.
We will work in conjunction with your primary care physician and decide when you can reduce and ideally eliminate medications.
